He shOuld Make Use of the Time to ReflecT wad he does instead OF conducting Such "well-disciplined" sessION! After so long, not able to smell the taste of Orchard Road, today, i've got more than enough to store for at least a week, Chillz! What can i say 'bout my shopping pals today, CraziFunky and Smiley! Doing such retail therapy with Wendy and Nicky was Awesome! Went around the entire Orchard Road, From Ngee An City, to Forum, to Lido, to Adidas, then Far East Plaza, and Tangs, further down, Heeren, and last but not the least, OG for our dinner. Besides shopping, we did like people-watching/"discussing", taking photos, dinner and coffee. It was indeed a fruitful evening. Let's have fun again, guys! You rock ...

MOVIE CRITIQUE ---> "THE SHUTTER"

Over the past few years, there has been some first-rate Thai movies released such as "Ong Bak", "Nang Nak", etc. Some of them have even been released in Western countries as well as entered in international film festivals. Apart from being fun, watching Thai movies is also an excellent way to learn Thai. Meanwhile, quite a handful of them also have English subtitles, like "Beautiful Boxer" and "The Eye" which makes life easier for you!

"Shutter" - the lastest horror thai movie, recently released in town, its a MUST to watch. Unlike other Japanese or Korean horror movies, which most of the shots r expected and somehow, funnier than terrifying, Shutter is a horror-stricken and shocking movie this season. Besides scenes that are unnerving and blood-staining, the male and female leads are nice lookers themselves too. Watch out for them, and u might think that they look kinda familiar. Shall not dwell into the storyline. Do not hesitate, its worthwhile watching. Be daring formerly and petrified latter! Go through your own photographs after watching the movie, u might SEE them!

DeviaTe, the theme of this yr batch 8 graduating student from TONI and GUY Academy, held their magnificientand psychedelico hairshow at the Colonel,USed to be called ant Gallery, last weekend. This Chilled out place was such a goodlocation for the show whereby the runway was lighted up with bulbs placed on the sides an middle of the carpet and strong lightsthat flashes from the ceiling right thru the models hair. With 8 outstanding students gruduating from this batch, Each having10 or so models to flaunt their hair from the past few months of hard work, they were more than excited and a relief!

Indeed, each student has their own style of work on their models, from Funky hairdo, to Bob , to Cropped and to layering, everyone of themwere a piece of art work. Not jus that, the daring colors that the hairstylists used, were strong , yet commercial.The show ended with an award giving by the creative director of TONI AND GUY hairsalon to all the newborn stylists and crowdshappily walking out of the place, afterwhich, pictures taking were insane behind the stage, and loads of thankings to be done byeveryone who has helped out in the show. Speechlessly, DV8 was a successful and wonderful show brought by the students. Congratsto all of them and well, if u guys missed that, dun Frown. Check out the Batch 9 students any sooner!

Heard of "single" and "these words" in the album "Unwritten"? Well, that's definately sung by none other than an unusual and unconventional rhythmic punctuations babe, Natasha Bedingfield. If u think its smart-pop, certainly it isnt enuff to mke daniel's bedingfield sister a pop revelation! Although her one and only album currently cant wow the critics, but the lyrics are pretty meaningful. And with the slight dense musical panache, not many listerners might love it. However, its not a sin listening to her songs!

it was such a dog-tiring week, having to stay-in camp for some tedious range(shooting) session. Day and night, what's most important is concentration. Without that, it would be pretty hard to score well or even pass the test! At the same time, what's bothering me was my upset stomach, which was part of making me uneasy too. Hoping just to score a pass for it (as i was once a "bobo" shooter), i did it! Count myself lucky, i would say.

Back to camp around midnight, no words could descibe how jaded i was. Not me, but everyone else too. In the meantime, the thought of being able to go home was more than delirious. Once i got home, i just laid flat on my cosy bed. It was such a relieve, boy! And guess what, in no time, mid week arrived. Excited and feeling cured, i just can't wait for TONI & GUY HAIRSHOW - DV8, this weekend held at Tanjong Pagar,a fantastic-looking pub named The Ant Gallery (not too sure if its still name this). People, if you're interested, grab your invites and see ya there!

The long awaited artistic & tremendously strong casts movie, 2046, directed by WKW has been released recently in HK, TWN, JPN and SIN. A movie that has started filming in 1999 and only out now, movie freakos should be excited bout it!? However, not many viewers could have much enjoy it. After all, its WKW's film ... ... 2046, simply talks about love story (at least to me), which i thought it was pretty easy to understand ... At the end of the show, it is still how YOU interpret it , isnt that right!? Having to see such a strong casts in the movie was fantastic - everyone was a gd looker ... and most importantly, their costumes and soundtracks should not be neglected too ! A 4 out of 5 popcorns for them! Have you guys catch IT!!???
